THE SUPERNOVA APPROACH

Care that starts with understanding you.

Our idea is simple: bring aesthetic consultations and IV care into a medical setting, with personal attention and informed choices at the centre. The conversation starts with your concerns, medical history, preferences and expectations.

Personalised assessment

Rupinder is your first point of contact. Dr Humera is available for medical assessment and prescribing when required. Your care plan considers suitability, alternatives, risks, costs and follow-up.

COSMETIC & AESTHETIC CARE

Your questions. Your choices.

Botulinum toxin consultations

Including Botox enquiries. Prescription treatment requires assessment by an authorised prescriber. Specific treatment options and costs are discussed privately.

Dermal filler consultations

Discuss facial volume, lip, cheek and contour concerns, individual suitability and alternatives.

Individual treatment planning

Expected benefits, limitations, risks, fees, consent and aftercare are explained before treatment.

Internal review wording: prescription treatment names are included for clinic review. This document is not approved public advertising. No product or treatment prices are published.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A clear path, at your pace.

1

Meet Rupinder

Begin with your complimentary 5-10-minute first appointment. Share your concerns and ask your initial questions.

2

Understand your options

A full assessment, where needed, considers your history, suitability, alternatives, risks and costs.

3

Plan your care

Proceed when clinically appropriate and you feel informed. Your clinician explains consent, aftercare and follow-up.

IV INFUSION CONSULTATIONS

Your IV options, clearly explained.

The five categories below are from the supplied clinic brochure. Each begins with an individual clinical assessment. Category names are not evidence of a health benefit; formulations, availability, suitability and fees require confirmation.

Hydration Support

Discuss hydration concerns, fluid intake and whether IV fluids are clinically indicated. Oral hydration may be appropriate.

Immune Support

Discuss general health, diet and suspected nutrient deficiency. An infusion is not a substitute for a balanced diet or an established treatment for preventing infections.

Beauty & Skin Support

Discuss skin concerns and whether further skin or nutritional assessment is appropriate. No skin-lightening or cosmetic outcome is guaranteed.

Energy & Wellbeing Support

Discuss tiredness and wellbeing concerns. Assessment may lead to investigations or other care, according to your health needs.

Recovery Support

Discuss recovery concerns and hydration needs following changes in activity or travel. Your clinician will consider the cause and appropriate care.

Additional enquiries: NAD+ and iron infusions

These require separate clinical consideration, confirmation of availability and any required prescription. No formulation, dose or treatment benefit is confirmed by this review document.

BEFORE YOU VISIT

Your questions, answered.

Yes. The first 5-10-minute appointment is complimentary for new and existing patients, with no obligation to buy treatment. Any later clinical assessment or treatment fees will be explained in advance.

Sometimes, where clinically appropriate and appointment time allows. Assessment, prescribing where needed and informed consent must be completed first. Same-day treatment is not guaranteed.

Individual treatment options and fees are discussed privately during your consultation, before you decide whether to proceed.

You will meet Rupinder Kaur, Cosmetic Nurse, for your initial appointment. Dr Humera Rasool is available for medical consultation when required, including assessment and prescribing where appropriate.

Cosmetic procedures and IV infusions carry risks. Before treatment, your clinician will explain the relevant risks, expected benefits, suitability, alternatives and follow-up, so you can make an informed decision.

Your consultation helps us understand your health needs and whether an IV infusion is appropriate for you. Rupinder will discuss your goals and health history, with Dr Humera providing medical assessment and prescribing when required. Your care plan will explain suitable options, expected benefits, risks and costs before treatment.

Treatment may follow where clinically appropriate and sufficient time is available for assessment, any required prescription, informed consent and care. A separate appointment may be needed.
