All new patients are encouraged to check the Patient Registration Form.
Book an appointment with your GP and discuss your concern with the doctor. We have got in-house Pathology Service through Dorevitch (Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM, Sunday 9 AM to 12 PM Contact Number:0437705672). Access via the Front door or Side door through the reception.
Here at Supernova Medical Clinic, we have GPs, Allied Health, and Dental services available for you. Our Allied Health includes Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian, Psychologist and Diabetic Educator. Services like Vaccinations, Immunization Checks, Statutory Declarations, and pre-employment Health Examinations, Truck and taxi medicals are also available. Private procedures like MTOP, IUD Insertions and removals, Implanon insertions and removals, and Iron Infusion are now available. We welcome Medicare card holders, private insurance card holders, Work cover and TAC patients, and other concession card holders.

We are fully bulk billed clinic except Dr Thoshitha E Weerasinghe. We bulk bill all patients including patients who have other insurances.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us.We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 Hour notice. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
-Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 Hours will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00.
-If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
