Psychological Assessments and Therapy for Adolescents and Adults
Rajesh is a Clinical Psychologist (Registrar). His work focuses on psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy for adolescents and adults.
Rajesh has extensive experience in assessments for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive functioning, and learning challenges. His assessment approach brings together clinical interviews, standardised tests, developmental history, and information from family, schools, or workplaces. The goal is to provide clear answers and practical recommendations
that help clients understand themselves and move forward with confidence.
With a Master of Clinical Psychology, Rajesh provides psychological therapy using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed care, alongside assessment work. Therapy commonly focuses on anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges, and the impact of long- standing stress or trauma.
Rajesh is known for a warm, respectful, and collaborative style. He aims to create a safe and inclusive space for people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals. He often works with clients after assessment to turn insights into practical strategies for daily life, relationships, study, and work.
Before training as a psychologist, Rajesh worked in senior leadership and executive coaching roles. This experience supports his understanding of workplace stress, performance demands, and career transitions.
Rajesh is registered with AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS). He works with NDIS, TAC, and WorkCover clients and values collaborative care, regularly working with GPs, psychiatrists, schools, and allied health professionals.
