• TAC and WorkCover: Direct billing for work or accident-related injuries with valid claim numbers.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to see Mrs. Choilka? No referral is needed to see Mrs. Choilka at our clinic. For bulk billing under TAC, WorkCover, EPC/Team Care Arrangements, or DVA, a referral from your doctor is required. Fees can be claimed via HICAPS for a rebate through your private health fund extras insurance, with the gap payable at the time of the appointment.
