My name is Karim Fawzi and I am a Consultant Pharmacist and Credential Diabetes educator. I currently work in private practices in Melbourne (Northern and Western Suburbs).
I have a strong network of many Doctors, Nurses and Pharmacies which I work closely with to help people with or at risk for diabetes.
In addition to seeing patients with diabetes, I am working as a consultant pharmacist, writing medication review reports to optimize drug therapy for patients with chronic diseases. Also, I have several areas of interest including Asthma management and Quit smoking.
Mr Karim Fawzi is our Diabetes Educator, and he attends the clinic monthly on a Tuesday He can assist you with management your diabetes.
